Come to Stock on Sunday, May 27th to watch culinary instructor Jennifer Clair demonstrate 3 cooking techniques from her new cookbook, Six Basic Cooking Techniques: Culinary Essentials for the Home Cook. She'll show you how to blanch green vegetables so they are perfectly crisp-tender, prep and cook with leafy greens, and use your chef's knife like a pro!


Jennifer is the founder of Home Cooking New York, a recreational cooking school in downtown New York City. Before opening her school in 2002, she was a food editor at Martha Stewart Living and recipe editor at The Wall Street Journal. 

Her cookbook will be available for purchase (and signing) at the event!
